Zoals uit het programma blijkt, zijn deze opgenomen berichten en herinneringen aan privégesprekken een kostbare nalatenschap voor de familieleden die achterbleven. Het zijn de laatste woorden van hun dierbaren. Op waardige en liefdevolle wijze wordt de mensheid van haar beste en moedigste kant getoond.
