The drivers meet up with Coach Phil for a crash course in pitting the cars. We learn how dangerous this maneuver is with a couple close calls. The pit crew sticks around to have a little competition of their own. Workouts this time are a little different as Phil takes the drivers to an Olympic training center for some running and then it’s back to the track. At the end of the day someone else must go home. Now with only six drivers left, everyone is focused on giving it all they have in these last few days of the competition.
